Helpdesk- Software Support Consultant - CBD Like to work in a dynamic thriving team? Have a high level of computer literacy and technical knowledge? Want to work for one on NZ’s leading software houses? Our client is a supplier of software to the Health Sector. They are seeking to appoint further Software Support Consultants to meet the market demand for their products. Main requirements for these roles are: Good level of computer software literacy and technical knowledge Some Helpdesk experience Knowledge or understanding of the Health Sector Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to build relationships quickly and work as part of a team Able to work under pressure Have an outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus Full clean drivers licence
Responsibilities: Providing Helpdesk Support to clients Once product knowledge and efficiency is reached, the role moves into training, demonstrations and presentations
